Wrinkle Reduction and Dermal Fillers
Forehead and brow wrinkles and lines around the outsides of the eyes ("crows feet") can often be significantly improved with Botox injections.
Botox is a specially prepared naturally occurring protein that can be used to weaken the small muscles under the skin that produce wrinkles. With experience a subtle, natural, smooth and younger appearance can be produced in the upper and lower face.
Consultation and treatment can take less than an hour. You can return to work or normal activity immediately after, providing you follow a few simple instructions. Results develop gradually within 4 - 14 days of the treatment and usually last 3 - 4 months. With repeated treatments and over time the results will tend to last longer.
Lines around the mouth and nose can be significantly improved with injectable dermal fillers. We use hyaluronic acid based fillers such as Restylane, which are based on naturally occurring compounds normally found in the skin that gradually break down and disappear over time. Dermal Fillers can also be used very successfully to improve lip definition or for lip augmentation.
