Whilst expensive over-the-counter skin products may feel and smell nice they rarely contain active ingredients in quantities sufficient to produce a marked difference in skin quality.
At Bare-Faced Medical Aesthetics we use medical-grade skin care products from internationally renowned laboratories such as Obagi and Agera. These products are only available from physician-led clinics and cannot be obtained from a beautician or pharmacy. They contain highly active ingredients such as Retin A, growth peptides, hydroquinone, AHAs and antioxidant preparations. Obagi products have been developed by an American dermatologist and their prescription-only ingredients can dramatically improve the quality of your skin.
These products are very effective at improving overall skin condition, stimulating collagen production, resolving fine lines and wrinkles as well as treating conditions such as acne, sun spots and uneven pigmentation.
Combining a good skin care regime with other treatments such as skin peels, microdermabrasion, medical needling, and variable pulse light therapy can help you achieve unblemished, youthful, healthy-looking skin. We will create an individual protocol for you depending on your individual requirements and budget.
